Step 26: Pallet Sawhorses

Here's Josh Kuempel with his pallet sawhorses.

He's a big guy and he needed big sawhorses.
A few minutes later he had them.

The pallets I was using were really old and rickety and were not meant to last more than a couple of days. To secure them at the top, I just drilled them together directly with a couple of long screws. -Josh

Right On. Add another scab at the angle on each side that will let you add a top board and it will also keep the pallets together at the top. With a top board you can stand on the top. With the bottom of the pallet facing out like this you can use it as a ladder to get to the top.
