Introduction: 6 Ingredient, No-bake Cheesecake!

Don't you just love cheesecake? I do!
With this recipe you can have fresh cheesecake in just 2 hours with no baking required. Just collect the ingredients, mix 'em up, chill for 2 hours then scarf. 

Step 1: Tools & Ingredients

Tools:
Food Processor
Refridgerator
Can Opener
 
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1 large graham cracker crust
1 can Pie Filling (your choice of flavor)
You can actually use fresh fruit if it's available, but cherries are in short supply in December. 

Step 2: Measure Your Ingredients.

Measure out the following ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream

Step 3: Mix It Up!

Place all your ingredients into a food processor and blend it until smooth and creamy. You can actually do this blending by hand if you don't have a food processor.

Step 4: Fill Your Pie Crust

Pour your blended cheescake mixture into a 10 inch graham cracker crust and pop it in to the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Step 5: Add Your Topping.

Rumor has it other toppings could be used, but that would be highly experimental. Use of any topping other than cherries could lead to...well...I don't know what. I don't recommend it. It could upset the very fabric of space and time as we know it.
Go with cherries. It's proven, time tested and WILL NOT destroy the universe. Guaranteed!
