In the instructable i will show you how to make a flash drive case out of a 9V battery.

NOTE: I ONLY TESTED THIS MOD WITH DURACELL & ENERGIZER BATTERIES. ANY OTHER BATTERY MAY NOT CONTAIN THE 6 AAAA SO BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. This is my first instructable so bare with me.

P.S.S. Did the Case MOD BEFORE i thought to take pics. So IF i do this DIY again ill take pics.

Step 1: What you need.

Materials:

1) One 9V battery (duracell is the best) btw the battery can be dead OR working it doesent matter.

2) A small hand full of fluff (the kind from stuffed animals)

3) A small peice of black plastic.

4) A small flash drive (make shure it fits in the case with the connecter end sticking out)

Tools:

1) Small pliers

2) small sissors

Hey, this is a great instructable and is very informative. Just one thing is missing... pictures! It really helps a lot when trying to follow directions so you should consider taking some photographs. Once you do that and leave me a message when you have so that we can publish your work. Thanks! Thanks for the cool instructable and we hope to publish this soon!
This is really cool. Is it safe (you know with battery acid)?
yup but only with duracell and energisers i havent tested any other type inside there are 6 smaller bateryies p.s. thx 4 the complement
actually, all 9 volts are made up of a series of 6 AAAA batteries. thats just how all of them are made
not all of them the cheap ones from the dollar store dont have the 6 AAAA batteries
than whats inside them? i thought thats how all of them were made.
it has 6 much smaller cells all stacked up, thes why they dont last as long.
i got like 6 black bricks. if u mix it with hydrogen peroxide in a bottle it makes a cool bang.
Great, but pictures would be nice.
thanks
Nice idea! I might have to try it some time. Its kinda weird that I have the same flash drive you used.
THX
