Step 3: The LED.

a simple step.my battery's wire wasn't big so i connected a white wire to the black,-ve wire.now that white wire goes to the -ve side of the LED.the red side of the potentiometer goes to the +ve side of the LED.now simply turn on the switch by connecting the spring or jumper.is the bulb glowing?now turn the potentiometer.is the bulb glowing brighter or getting dimmer?if not, check the connections and start over.if it works and your battery is rechargeable,go to the next step.
