A dog toy that you can make yourself

In this instructable, I will show you how to make a cool dog toy. Once you have the materials, it's going to be really easy (except for the part where you sew the felt). By the way, this is my first 'ible, so it might not be the best one (I am the sister of techno guy, so you must think it's the best).

Step 1 Materials

For this project, you will need the following items.

Tools:
1- pair of (strong) scissors (because felt is really hard to cut)
1-peice of string

 Other materials that aren't tools:
1- tennis ball
1- big piece of felt any color*
