I used some leftover phone cord for the motor pigtall It has four wires, but I paired them up and put two wired on each of the motor terminals. After they were soldered, I put hot glue over the connections to make them stronger. Note that I also sealed up the holes in the motor. I used a dab of hot glue on the screw holes at the top as well.
