Based off of the Ak-47 in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

Stats:

 

Model: AK-47

Mechanism: FPM over stock

Range: 30-60 depending

Magazine: Dunkis’ STANAG

 

Pros:

Great looks

Better range than some of my others

 

Cons:

Complex stock

Broken Y connector L

Pieces Warning: This build may take up a lot of your pieces. It includes a large count of Y connector "Black Hands" Not as many as the ACR, but still a few. Also, this will require 8 half orange connectors and it *might* break a Y connector in the trigger - *might*.

hey since you put up an ak-47 would u put up the S.M.G. version of that gun the AK-74

actually it's the ak-74u thats the sub-machinegun the ak74 is a slight update of the 47

Actually it is a merge of an assault rifle and a smg.

it is a smg, the mags a different shape, normally the stock is foldable, the barrel is shorter and it fires the 556 round instead of a 7.62mm

technically it is an assault rifle, due to the caliber size. the 556 round is used for many assault rifles and anything smaller will be a pistol round (ie the .45 acp, or the 9mm). making the ak-74u an assault rifle.

SMG stands for sub machine gun. The AK-74u was used by the Soviets and fires the 5.45mm round and is the carbine adaption of the AK-47 which fires the 7.62mm round.

Actually the entire AK-74 series fires the 5.45x39, it is the AK-101+ series that fire the 5.56x45.

some sub-machine guns do. have you heard of the PDW?? its smaller than the mp5 and is meant to replace it and it fires a specially designed hollow-tipped bullet made just for it and its bigger than the 556

I shoot rifles and shotguns for deer and small game hunting.

I grew up visiting relatives in the country. That's how I got knowledgeable on firearms. You wouldn't believe the arsenal they had. They used to fish with pipe bombs and pick out the screws and nails. Nasty.

??? it couldn't hit the broad side of a barn if you were inside of it! the M16 is much better.

Slap a v-grip on it, if you need to. I can control it just fine, they had a silicon(e?) tube around the gas tube so you can grab it up there. Makes it really easy to control. As for the M-16, I hate it. The M4 is better, IMO. The M-16 is really unreliable, the one I fired jammed once every mag, and it was only about 5 years old. Besides that, it was really hard to adjust the sights. Never shot straight. Terrible gun from Colt.

That's why it never jams. It's got a great chamber. I don't like the M14. I fired one on auto, and it shredded the target neatly. But there's something about it I don't like.
