K'nex Gun Name: AP4 (Assault Pistol 4)

Description: This is a small, sturdy k'nex gun that works flawlessly. This instructable will show you how to make the AP3, the AP4 mods are on step 7.

Influences: I designed the entire gun except for the back handle, which I took from Killerk's Magnum and then I modified it.

You can build the AP1, 2, 3, or 4 depending on how many parts you wish to use. NOTE: THE AP4 PICTURES ARE ON STEP 7.

This magazine holds 9 rounds. (6 when detached, see step 6)

Lol, I don't care anymore, the AP4 is crap, I only kept this instructable to prove that I was the first one to make a pin pull magazine and safety.

I made it thicker to make the outside pieces lock in place instead of only the middle pieces being connected, allowing for more flexibility, the way it was in the AP3.

It has better sights, the safety is easier to pull on, it is more powerful, it has a new chamber design that keeps ammunition from falling out of the barrel or into it to far, extra stabilization has been added at the back for the firing rod, the firing rod can now be cocked faster, and there are a couple of other small improvements.

That' probably because it has the same handle. This was my first instructable by the way, the gun isn't very powerful at all, but I thought that it was at the time when I had nothing to compare it to.

It's pretty simple, it's KILLERK's handle, and plus you can make the bottom however you like.

I hate that when people can only make it from what you have presented to them, and they can't just make something on their own if they can't see the right pieces for something simple like... "I can't make the barrel because at the front I can't see if it's a yellow or an orange connector."
