You'll never go hungry if you've got paneer stocked in your fridge. You can make so many dishes with this particular food item.

Step 1: Ingredients

fennel seeds

mustard seeds

fenugreek seeds

cumin seeds

asafetida

(or available seeds and spices).

paneer(curd cheese)

salt

turmeric

chili powder

black salt

onions

coriander

Step 2: Procedure

achaari paneer(curd cheese) is the easiest to make. Take a bowl and mix fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida(or available seeds and spices). Heat oil in another pan and add the seed mixture. When they crackle, add onions and saute till the onions turn pink. Add the paneer(curd cheese), turmeric, chili powder, black salt and stir for some time. Later, add coriander and salt and bring to a boil.

for every 250 gm of paneer put a table spoon of every seed and spice but chili and salts according to taste
