Add Wallpaper to Windows 7 Starter.

You can now change the Wallpaper on Windows 7 Starter using a software called Personalization Panel. Which unlike Oceanis, changes the wallpaper even if you have set your theme to Windows Classic like I have. I will simple show you my You Tube Video to explain it. Andrea Borman.

You can change the wallpaper on Windows 7 Starter. But you have to use third party software to do it. I use Personalization Panel on Windows 7 Starter.And it does change the wallpaper. Andrea Borman.
