Introduction: Adventure Time Style Cartoons

About: Hey this is MEB and OJB, (a brother and sister.) We will do a lot of instructables on crafts and drawing and such, but occasionally we might post something we drew that we aren't going to do an instruct able o…

MB here, I haven't done another tutorial since my anime eyes one so here we go. Be careful of my rambling. I wish I was British so I could hear my self talk pretty. So recently I wanted to use my copic markers (I got them for Christmas! Über excited) and I didn't feel like drawing anime. So after being lazy and watching some tutorials I foud a great tenique of proportion. It's really fun. And I'm gonna use paper 53 because I already made a tutorial for my self

Step 1: The Basic Circles

Draw a ovalish circle for the head. A stick for the neck. Mind you the necks are pretty long. Then a oval for the upper torso and another for the pelvis.

Step 2: The Rest of the Body

Now connect the tow body circles with a bean shape. The bottom of the bean will be cut off for inbetween the legs. Then it doesn't look awkward. All the limbs right now are sticks. No straight lines in this style of cartooning tho. Even the joints and limbs are slightly curved.

Step 3: Bold Basic Outline

Now outline the main pieces. (Head, neck body, etc) and make the limbs wider. Yet still make sure they are cartoonishly skinny. On another tutorial I will show you facial anatomy. And hair. But for now stick to the picture. Add clothes with the right dimensions and I will try to make the other tutorial by the end of the week. And the picture I drew as the cover is an oc. (Drew it w my copics)
