This is an air conditioner made from an Ice cream tub, 2 cocktail sticks, some tape, 2 80mm PC fans, a CPU heatsink and some wire.
Cut some holes in the tub 
attach fans (see pics)
Glue in heatsink
Wire it up cut holes in lid, fill tub with water or ice, put lid back on
Turn it on
I don't know how effective it is yet because it's been cold the past few days.

(With a molex socket you can make it run from a computer)
