Airsoft Gun Paint Job

Some pictures I took while doing my first paint job on an airsoft gun. I did this with my wal*mart 1911, which I lost/broke the clip to.

30-45 minutes or so. It will be a lot better outside if you let the paint set for 5-10 minutes. Just make sure to use matte paints.

Yeah, I knew about using flat. All we had was gloss, so I used it to see how it would come out. I lost/broke the clip to this walmart springer, I wanted to try painting a gun out.

You may want to go with Ultra-flat camouflage paint next time. The gloss shines really bright (therefore giving away your position).

i hope you didnt buy these stencils online, cuz you can make your own just as easily with painter's tape on wax paper, and cut them with an exacto knife
