Step 2What to do.
this whole bazooka is surprisingly easy to make.
drill a hole on the end cap to were you can put the small end through but the large end won't fit. put glue around it where it stays. then put cold weld around the rubber part but not the metal part to make sure no air escapes.
connect the 20 inch piece to one end of the ball valve and then to 2ft pipe on the other end of the valve.
connect and glue every thing normally but then after it dries put cold weld around every seem to make sure no air escapes.
