Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda Add to mixture Stir in Milk cook 175c for 30 minutes
Place a large marshmallow in the middle of the cupcake. I used a little icing to keep it in place.
Mix some icing sugar and water till you have a mixture consistent with syrup. Add green food coloring till you find your desired color
Pour the icing over the marshmallows till fully coated
