Icing sugar 200g
Almond meal 50g
Almond essence 1/2 tablespoon
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Beat butter and the icing sugar till creamy. add eggs one by one and beat.
Add almond essence.
In a separate bowl mix the flour, almond meal and baking powder and add to the butter mixture, do not over mix, mix till the flour is disappeared.
put the cookie mixture into a piping bag and pipe the mixture into desired shapes.
Bake the cookies about 15-20 minutes in moderate oven.
transfer into wire racks to cool. and pack them into little bags, as gifts :D
