Elphba from Wicked The Musical

What you'll need to be Elphaba is:

*Some left over Halloween green and white cream make up.
*some black lip stick or black cream make up.
*Baby Powder .
*Normal powder make up (your skin shade)
*Hair band
*some Que tips
*And a sponge
*time or pure creative boardum.
*And if you want a witch hat, and cloak for and added wicked effect.

Step 1: Step One (Preparing your face)

Pull your hair out of your face with a scrunchy or hair band

MAKE SURE(All Make up and lotion is OFF)
Then apply the normal powder make up for a even smooth surface.

You can actually load up a sock with baby powder and tap it against your face to set the makeup too. That's the way I've always done it anyway.

adding a small amount of water/oil depending on the base used can help revive drying make up
