Yes, The title did say an Altoid-Tin Fan, or you could call it a pocket-sized anti-heatstroke air movement device, but ill stick with Altoid-Tin Fan.

you should of used a 23a battery so u get the full 12 volts out of the fan

At the time i was still fairly new to building things, but yeah the full 12v would have made a difference in air movement
