This is kinda like my stencil instructables, it does require the use of word and paint,but you can use photoshop too. If you don't have these applications then I am sorry I am just using the school's computers. You can apply this to printed out paper. But I think it looks cool.

Get a photo from anywhere and save it or copy it. I used Seven of Nine because she is hot.

see i don't understand. when i make a bad instructable people post a lot of things and comment on it. but good instructables are barely noticed. WHY!!!!?

If everyone commented on every good instructables they saw the would never leave the computer. There are more good instructables than bad plus most people that coment on the bad ones are trying to be constructive and help.

I take it to the next step and print it on Transparency Film, put it on my over head projector and blow it up to paint a 4 foot by 6 foot painting. I use that wood that is like peg board without the holes in it - at Home Depot for $6 for a sheet of 4' x 8'.
