Introduction: Apple and Turkey Wrap

This is a great and healthy lunch
It is a refreshing snack on a summer day

Step 1: Ingredients

*there are no measurements of ingredients. It is all portion controll

Turkey

Spinach

Mayonnaise and/or mustard

Apple

Wheat tortilla

Step 2: Preperation

Slice the apples very thinly
Place a tortilla on your work surface
Spread the mayonnaise and mustard on the tortilla
Add the turkey lined up
Place the apples flatly lengthwise
Add spinach
Roll the tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight

Step 3: Results

Slice the wrap in halve
Enjoy!
