This blend is a healthy mix of fruits and veggies that are super healthy. Any mix will do but I eat this one almost every day for breakfast.
Step 1: Gather Ingrediants
. Spinach(1 cup)
. Pomegranate Juice(1 cup)
. Flax seeds and/or Almonds(use as wanted)
A Blender I used a Vitamix But any blender will do.
