Apple Retro Bitten Rainbow Logo Mod for 15in Macbook Pro

I wanted my Mac to have a retro Apple look. So I decided to change the light filter for the white Apple logo behind the Macbook Pro's display. The pictures show my disassembled LCD. I used a couple of nylon pry tools to open up the laptop to prevent scratches. You can see that i replaced the white filter for the Bitten Rainbow logo filter. Total install took about 45 mins. This can be easily done if you are delicate in disassembling the Macbook Pro. Plenty of directions on how to disassemble the the various Macbook/Macbook Pro/iBook/Powerbook displays on iFixit.com. This is a fun way to give your snobby Mac product some more flair. Enjoy! =)
