Introduction: Apple Sandwiches

I started serving these when we started avoiding gluten. They are crunchy, sweet, and simple. A winning combination.

Step 1: Ingredients and Supplies

You will need:

Apple (We use Granny Smith.)

Peanut Butter

A knife

An apple corer

Step 2: Take Out the Core

This part takes a little strength. I put my shoulder into it.

Step 3: Slice

I cut it into six slices for three sandwiches.

Step 4: Spread on PB

You could also use almond butter or sunbutter.

Step 5: Enjoy

Kids love these. They are a great bread sandwich alternative.
