Step 4:

Brush over each little hand pie with the egg wash. This will help your corners stick.

Then bake it at 400 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes. Serve warm by itself or with some ice cream!

Your apples look a little-firm at the end, is that intentional for texture, or did you intend them to &quot;melt&quot; into the cheese?<br> <br> L
The apples were perfect texture for me. If you wanted them to melt into the brie more I'd suggest taking the skin off. I don't like my cooked apples too mushy though.
