Apricot Butter

 by theabion
Perfect for cake filling, dessert topping, or simply spreading on an English muffin in the morning for a delicious breakfast. This simple recipe calls for just four ingredients- apricots, sugar, water, and time. No need for canning or pectin, this apricot spread will last for a month or two if properly refrigerated. Feel free to combine with other fruit, and add spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, or ginger. I hope you enjoy!

Looks delicious, but it's not butter. It could be called jam, jelly or sauce.

It would be nice if you pulled the picture comments out into steps which would be follow-able without having to hover over every picture.

Awesome. So colorful. Even your bag of sugar is on-theme.
