I got a computer virus a few months ago and it left shortcuts to naughty websites all over my desktop. It might sound more like a virus if you do that....

Would this work with a Windows Vista or windows 7 computer?

Mudbud (author)iEllipsis2010-08-05

Did this to Dad recently (just for fun) and watched him completely freak out. My message: "Processor damaged. System is shutting down." and set my time to 20 seconds. Not enough time to do a shutdown -a at all.

Mudbud (author)Madrias3572010-06-28

Cool!! Atleast some one tried this :D

I also replaced a friend's game shortcut with one that said: "Out of resources, deleting Windows and shutting down." with a 10 second shutdown time. Of course, I didn't have it do anything else but shut down the computer, but the panic was hilarious.
