Introduction: April's S'mores Cupcakes

S'mores Cupcakes!!!

The cupcake form of your favorite camping treat.  
Join me while I teach you how to create these delicious sweets and hopefully something new along the way.  

These cupcakes are a graham and chocolate chip cake with a sweet, vanilla "marshmallow" meringue topping.  Best part...toasting the marshmallow with a kitchen blow torch!

Ingredients:
Cupcakes
2.25 oz all purpose flour
6 oz ground graham grackers
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
5.25 oz sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
8 oz chocolate chips
Meringue Icing
4 egg whites
5.25 oz sugar
3.5 oz vanilla sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.55 oz chocolate bar

Equipment:
Stand or hand mixer
Cupcake baking tray
Cupcake liners
Large piping bag
Large star tip
Medium sized pot
Kitchen torch

These look good! Can you tell me how many cups of flour that 2.25 oz is or did you soley rely on the food scale? Thanks!!

Thanks! I do usually only rely on a scale, but the flour converts to about 1/2 cup ap flour.
