Introduction: Arabic Coffee

Arabic coffee is a very small but stong portion of coffee. It consists of extremely fine grounded coffee beans and some times with added cardamom.

Step 1: Needed Stuff, to Get This Going

You need a Teaspone. Cup. Coffee. Note. I use "Al ameed" its with cardamon and i use the Medium strength. Its the best out there in my opinion. You need a "Dalla" to warm up the coffee. Note. My Dalla, the red one there. It's made of aluminium, and i can't realy recoment that. Get a Dalla made if iron. Its mostly becous of the shape they made the tip in. It pours very badly and you will definitly spill. Pleace Note to Bone that water is essantial its not optional were as shuggar is.

Step 2: Fill With Water

Fill you're little cup with water like this and dont do like me, and use cold water. Fill it with tapp water It works.

Step 3: One Teaspoon

Get you're teaspoon out and dont be cheap with the coffee. You need a teaspoon with a little mountain of coffee on it. Put it in the Dalla along with the cup of water and shuggar. I like it with 3/4 of at teaspoon shuggar pr cup. Sturr it good until all bobbles and eventual coffee pokets are gone.

Step 4: Warm It

Put you mixture on the stove or get a fire startet. Warm it until it foames. Its very impotant that you take it of the source of heat when it foames becous you dont want it to get thin. Nobody likes thin coffee. You see that foam in the dalla? Yeah thats how it should look. If you have the privilege of an iron Dalla you will be able to knock on the side of the Dalla and hear how the foamy coffee absorbes the sound

Step 5: Pour It

Now i just made one cup becous im cheap. But if you want to serve for freinds and family its important that you fill every cup 1/4 befor filling them all up or else they wont get that nice foamy surface which makes it taste fantastic and make you look like a pro.

Step 6: Serve

Drink or serve it with a cold class of water, its an traditional must.
