Introduction: Asian Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Try this delicious oriental dressing with a salad, with cooked vegetables or with fish!

Grate 5 grams of fresh ginger and 1-2 cloves of garlic over a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 30 ml (1 fl oz) of balsamic vinegar and 20 ml (1 ½ tablespoon) of soy sauce.
