Yeah, the videos on there are great. I just found one on youtube of a guy doing a victorian cross. hard to wrap my head around that kind of strength.

haven't tried making these beauts yet, but I must say, the Bulgarin Dips on gymnasticbodies.com are truly excruciating. ;)
