Automatically log in to Gmail

Create a web page that automatically logs you into Gmail. Learn how with some simple HTML.

Step 1 Part 1: Logging in

Luckily for us, Google is intuitive. They have created an interface where you can log on by url:

https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLoginAuth? continue=http://mail.google.com/gmail&service=mail&Email=Username&Passwd=Password&null=Sign+in

Fill in the blanks, and then navigate to it. It'll log you on to your Gmail.

Cool! Will the password and user name get saved anywhere, if I use this on a different computer?

Yes or No. If you use it in a frame, like me, then no. If you use it straight out with the url, then yes. It is seen as a "page visited" in history.
