Automation AVR 150 KV Transformer OLTC
AVR is Automatic Voltage Regulation.

CONTROLLER is functioning raise and lower the high voltage transformer OLTC. And with some additional features that is functioning as a protection OLTC of Flow Indicators and more along Announciator.

Components:

- LCD Shield

- LCD TFT CTE32

- Arduino Mega 2560 R3

- Relay Digital Input 8 Ch

- Transformers 100/5 volt AC input sensors

- 110 VDC Power Supply Circuit Out 5; 12 VDC

- LAN Ethernet Shield,

- Plus complementary components, nuts, bolts, jumper cables, etc.

The workings of the controller monitors the voltage distribution in realtime and give the command Tap Changer when the secondary voltage transformers (Voltage Distribution) at 20:20 kV voltage, the controller will be ordered Tap Changer rose to the position of Tap / leads higher so that the voltage will rise up to 20:50 on the voltage kV Normal center setup. And the numbers will increase in TAP Position 1 and OLTC Counter will increase () 1.

And likewise if dist shows Voltage Voltage 20.80 kV, the controller will command the OLTC to decrease leads to lower voltage to the voltage Normal Dist 20:50 kV, so the TAP Position will be reduced (-) 1, and will continue to grow OLTC Counter () 1 shows the amount of work OLTC.

INDICATOR: The indicator is a sign that will work if the controls do action or get input from the wiring protection system.

I have worked with power protection devices for nearly 2 decades. Protection Relays and control devices for power (electrical) equipment have very rigid certifications in terms of design and manufacture. I like your innovation but no plant owner or design engineer will ever adopt a micro controller like the arduino for protection and control purposes. It's the lives of personnel and operation of facilities that depend on existing protection and control technologies. A malfunction of that arduino can cause lives to be lost or lost production in an operating facility. Trust me, no one is more angry than the Plant Manager when a facility trips.
