Need:
Blender
Ice
Coconut Vodka
Simple Syrup
Vanilla Ice Cream
Optional:
Water
Take an entire avocado (minus skin and pit) in blender with a 1cup of ice, 1scope ice cream (some where between a golf and tennis ball in size), about 4oz of simple syrup (1part sugar-1part water), and about 2oz of coconut vodka (can be replaced with water or whatever you feel like that's liquid). Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Possible changes:
Add cucumber instead of some of the water and less ice cream. Don't add any ice cream (great for lactose intolerant or vegans). Sprinkle chocolate flakes on top or mix them into the drink. Use fruit juice instead of water, maybe lime and substitute tequila for the vodka. EXPERIMENT!!!!
