Step 3 Making The Inner Piece

This is the inner piece that will combine with the outside piece to form the main pocket.

This step is the same as the first step except the measurements are different.

First Cut Foil or Paper in a rectangle with the dimensions 8 5/8 inches by 3 1/2 inches

why not just make two outer ones? why does one have to be smaller?

so that the outer one folds over the inner one neatly without overlapping at the edges.
