Step 2 Vortex block

The basic theory of operation of the gun uses a vortex block that when air pressure is applied it spins the bbs around very fast untill one of them lines up with the barrel and flies out of the gun.

The link below describes in detail how to construct a vortex block, its kind of like a powerball machine on crack.

can u add a detailed instruction on Instructables like how long what pieces glue or what material to make barrel and vortex as my dad is a electrical engineer and owns a business (cnc teknix) I can make the vortex with ease but i need length or the pvc piping add me on msn or just message me on here if u want to add me on msn contact me in email over instructables

want materials can i make this out of, i have alot of wood lying around so i could make it out of that but im worried that the bb's will wear out the vortex (if i use airsoft pellets will it last longer???)
