NOTE: Before start building the arm, first read the Step 3 "MECHANICAL ARM (Option B: motor action)".

MATERIALS:

- Damaged printer (the main piece of the arm)
- Other printers pieces and cases
- Three screen round bases (two with entries for the elbow, one perfectly round for the clamp base)
- CPU frontal piece
- Aluminum pipe
- Five speakers (four for the clamp fingers, one for the base of the clamp)
- Springs
- Plastic handles (I use a plastic spool of thread and the handle of a toy shovel)

I think I have the same printer! Is it a Desk Jet 623C? How'd you get it apart? Internally all the screws are very small and star shaped.
