Introduction: BIG MAC SAUCE – BEST BURGER SAUCE (Quick Tip)

What makes the Big Mac the most famous burger in the world?

In my opinion it is all about the delicious sauce.

In this tutorial I am going to show you, how to quickly make this sauce on your own.

Step 1: Ingredients

4 parts mayonnaise

4 parts sweet pickle relish buy it quickly from ebay

1 part yellow mustard

1 teaspoon apple vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

paprika powder

Step 2: Mix It All Together

Mix all your ingredients together and taste it. Don`t use too much paprika power, just enough to enhance the colour. In some regions out of the U.S. (like in Austria, where I am studying) it may be really hard to get the relish, so you should buy it online because it is definitely the key ingredient!

Thank you for reading this quick tip. I hope you have enjoyed it.

Pretty much spot on recipe, as you say the sweet relish is the special ingredient for sure, and to be honest I can't think of any other use for the stuff!!! Also it should be American yellow mustard, not our hot English style.

If you buy Thousand Island salad dressing, that's pretty much what it is. I do love the Big Mac. I believe you guys in Europe call the Quarter Pounder, the Royale instead, right? Another favorite.

Its just a Quarter Pounder here in the UK.

Thank you a lot for your piece of advice. I think you`re right. It`s called Hamburger Royale and Hamburger Royale TS over here. Besides the BiG MAC i like the BIG KING from BK the most.

I found this online for you. Apparently McDonalds are selling Big Mac sauce in Australia (unfortunately I'm on the other side of the world).

The listed ingredients are:

Soybean Oil (Antioxidant (330)), Water, Relish [ Pickles, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Sugar, Distilled Vinegar, Preservative (202), Thickener (415), Flavourings], Mustard [Water, Distilled Vinegar, Mustard Seed, Salt, Sugar, Colours (150d, 100), Spice], Salted Egg Yolks, Distilled Vinegar, Onion, Thickeners (1442, 415, 405), Spices, Sugar, Salt, Hydrolysed Protein (Corn Gluten, Soy, Wheat Gluten), Preservative (211), Colours (160c, 150d, 100), Emulsifier (433), Garlic, Antioxidant (385).

I think your recipe sounds healthier.

In England the Big Mac & the Quarter Pounder are 2 different burgers.

in France the big Mac is the big Mac. and the quarter pounder is the Royal Cheese. we also have the Royal Bacon and the Royal Deluxe (which is with a old mustard sauce)
