Step 1: Go Shopping.

This is a yam/sweet potato,(depending on where you are from), it cost 23 pence.
If you shop at the market you will realise that not only is the produce nice and ripe and cheap but it can also come in unregular shapes: unlike at the supermarket.
I saw and bought this yesterday because of its resemblence to the great work of Brancusi.
We can all save money this way and even eat it later when we get bored or hungry.

Step 2: Materials and Artifice.

Gather together-
an old log,
a hammer or an axe,
a suitable vegetable,
a nail.

Bang the nail in the log; stick the yam on the nail.
