BT2BT (Bluetooth 2 Beetle)
I wanted to add an audio input to my antique volkswagen's Autoradio, but a simple audio câble was not  smart enough. So I decided to add some bluetooth to it.

Ok, what we need now is a cheap AD2P bluetooth headset, you can buy one on ebay for exemple. You'll need an enclosure for your project too, I tought it was cool to use a vintage tape as my enclosure.

Wouldn't it be easier to use a tape to 3.5 mm converter and plug that into a 3.5 mm to bluetooth converter?

I like the Bluetooth cassette tape but you could easily do one better and not have to modify the player people have been using those cheep cassette's that can connect to CD, mp3 computers for years taking the output from the blue tooth and wiring it to the magnetic head and you will have a completely wireless solution and heck with the size of motors these days it could be powered by the tape players own rotating spindle. while typing this they already make one for under $30 it don't get its power from the player but it does the rest.
