gas bottle pig 009.JPG
I was looking at a few a gas bottle stoves which inspired this, basically it’s a log burner with the lid closed, the butterfly valve in the snout is to control the heat, with the lid open it’s a BBQ fuelled by charcoal, it's not quite finished yet but its only a grill and a ash tray required to finish it and also a flue if want to use it as a log burner But thought I'd share it

Gas bottle Stove 002.JPG
Empty the gas bottle, cut the handle and bottom off, cut the ring you get from the bottom in half then weld the two halves on for the legs, cut a desired size shape (doesn't have to be a square) out of the front and a section out of the top, I think I cut it about half way round about 30mm from the curves on each end, then add hinges

Great job. I like the piggy! Did you give the other end a tail?

love it!

I'd be careful and purge the tank with co2 before cutting into it.

Good point, I think there will be many different ways of emptying the tank, i forgot to mention before I did any cutting, I filled the tank with water to eradicate any remaining gas,
