Step 6: Some Assembly Required

  1. Spoon banana pudding mixture into the cooled, baked pastry shells
  2. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 10-12 minutes
  3. Chill for an hour
  4. Chop or crush meringues into large/medium chunks and top each baby pie with about a tablespoon
  5. Enjoy!
I love cream banana pie i buy at the store. Well have to ask them to order it from Maria Chanllger or what ever her name is now i can tweek yours to my liking

Even use tapioca flour, but never, ever use flour. Flours make great roux but crappy pudding.<br />
