1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 small-medium onion, diced
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup mustard
1 teas liquid smoke
1 cup grated cheese (your choice--cheddar works well)
salt
pepper
mini hamburger buns or dinner rolls, sliced

Made this tonight for my family and everyone loved it, even my picky little sister who we can never get to try new things. I used a little more bacon bits and cheese and subbed half the mustard for spice brown mustard. It was a real hit and I'll probably make this again.
