Step 3: The Batter

In a bowl, combine Eggs, Butter, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Flour, Buttermilk, and Maple Syrup.
(Basically, everything except the bacon. I like to keep things simple.)

Then Whisk that yummy stuff up for a couple minutes.
(your arm might get a little sore for a second, just pass that bad boy off to a loved one and tell them that's their payment for the happiness they are about to consume)

When the combo has reached a lovely consistency of cake batter stop. and GO COOK SOME BACON!

Step 4: The BACON!!!

Picture of The BACON!!!

Cook anywhere from about 6 to 1000 slices of bacon nice and crispy :)

Enjoy this time. Savor it. Bacon is the happiest place on Earth. Never forget these moments in life. Cooking Bacon.... ahhhhhh.

Then Chop those yummy little bacons up and put them in the pie crust.
(maybe snag a slice or so for yourself. I won't tell anyone :)

Step 5: Fill!

Now Pour that yummy Maple-y Batter over your Sizzling happy chunks of Bacon :) oh the joy.

Step 6: Bake.

Now pop that baby in the oven and give it a bake.

About 350 degrees for around 40 minutes should do the trick.

Give it a jiggle. You don't want too much wobbling.

*Halfway through baking I like to toss a few strips of bacon across the top. (One can never have enough bacon :)

Step 7: Clean Up

While you're waiting for the yummies to bake, I like to cleanup.

Make sure to clean it all really well! Give it all a good lick :)

Step 8: FIN!

Now take that bad boy out of the oven!!!

*(Important safety tip)*  Let it cool a bit!
I know you are excited to eat your bacon. I am excited for you too! But that stuff is a blazing. Give it ten minutes then dive right in!!!
