Introduction: Bacon Piglets Recipe
1 pound minced meat
1 pack bacon
1 half cup breadcrumbs
salt, pepper, paprika as you like
wooden skewers & toothpicks
Step 1: Mix the Minced Meat
Sprinkle salt, pepper & paprika as you like to the meat. Give the half cup breadcrumbs and the egg to it and stir everything together.
Step 2: Form the Body
Form a pattie and lay a cevapcici on it. Form the meat around the cevapcici put a stripe bacon lengthwise and wrap the hole body with bacon.
Step 3: Form the Legs and the Head
Cut a cevapcici in 4 pieces and wrap them with half stripes bacon. Cut another cevapcici in half and wrap it with minced meat conical, let the small end open. Now wrap the complete head up to the open end with the cevapcici with bacon. Put now wooden skewers for the nostrils in the meat. Place all parts on baking paper.
Step 4: Cooking Time
Form another body, head & legs and place them with the rest of the bacon on the baking paper. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius remove the extra bacon after 15 minutes. The rest need 15 minutes more in the oven.
Step 5: Put Everything Together
Plug toothpicks in the legs and put the body on top. Take a piece of toothpick for the pig tail and place bacon on it. Remove the toothpick pieces from the nose and give him some ears with toothpicks and bacon. Then place the head on the body.
Step 6: Decorate and Enjoy
Paint some eyes with mustard and pupils with salad cream. Decorete the piglets on a plate and enjoy. Look at my other work.
