Here's a very simple, but delicious cake. Although we used our home made yogurt, butter, and jelly as ingredients (see our other projects here on Instructables), the store bought versions work fine, too. It's gratifying to us how a few simple steps, combined with a handful of ingredients results in such a flavorful result.

Step 3: Prepare the Oven and Breadpan
Step 4: Start With the Butter and Sugar (or Sucanat)
Sugar works fine, but sucanat (dried sugar cane syrup) is more flavorful, and carries a few more nutrients.
Step 5: The Essence Is Not Essential :-)
If you wish to add an essence, the choice of flavor is yours.
Step 6: Add the Eggs
Step 7: Add Half the Flour, and All the Lemon Juice and Baking Soda
Step 8: Add the Remaining Flour
Step 9: Add the Yogurt
Step 10: Add the Jelly and Assemble
Step 11: Baking, and Extraction
Step 12: Consumption!
