Another easy homemade recipe that is great for the entire family and it is healthy and tasty!

Step 1:

You will need two large sweet potatoes.

Step 1

Peel and slice the potatoes into small wedges, add to a bowl

Step 2 add the spices to the potatoes and mix in well with your hands!

1/2 tbsp paprika

1/2 tbsp Oregano

1/2 tbsp Basil,

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp White pepper

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

2 tbsp Olive oil

Step 2:

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes

Add aluminum foil to your baking pan or dish for easy clean up, you do not have to put foil down.

Spread the seasoned potatoes on your baking pan ( spread our for even baking)

Baked in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes until tender

Use a fork or knife to check if it s cooked all the way( if it goes right through the potatoes with ease, then it is ready for consumption)

Step 3:

This salad is full of goodness

Ingredients:

1/2 lettuce chopped

1/2 zucchini chopped

1 cup mushrooms sliced

1/2 yellow peppers

1/2 red peppers

2 whole carrots sliced

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl

In a separate bowl add 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, 3 tbsp olive oil \

mixed together with a whisk

Pour the sauce over the chopped ingredients

Toss with your hands or utensils and serve

You gotta have some fun in the kitchen!
