Introduction: Banana Avocado Pudding (Vegan Optional) EASY

Ripe bananas...sometimes they may not be very appetizing so we make banana bread or the new quick and easy banana avocado smoothie.

You will need:
1 ripe banana
1 large avocado or 2 small avocados
1 tsp of sugar
2 cups of almond milk or any other kind of milk

BLEND IT TOGETHER...VOILA!

This will create a thick pudding like mixture.  Perfect pairing with Oreos which are also vegan. 
Make, eat and enjoy.

How to cut an avocado.

Blend, if the mixture gets to thick you might have to plunge a wooden spoon at the bottom to get it moving again in the blender.

Note:  Use ripe avocados.  Ripe avocados are creamy in texture, when squeezed gently will feel soft, but not smushy and hollow, and also have the freshest taste.  If still unsure, taste it.  It should not be bitter.

did you use a frozen banana?

refrigerated will work though. I usually keep my avocados refrigerated and my bananas at room temperature.

I have never heard of using avocados like this! I will have to give it a try. thanks for sharing!

I will hopefully! It is amazing how some foods can be used in this way, kind of like tofu!

It tastes like both, but since avocado has a subtle flavor, it doesn't over power the taste. It is not too sweet and makes a good morning snack.

Cool recipe :) Does it taste all banana or can you taste avocado?
