A very quick and tasty recipe for lovers of baking and eaters of bananas .
It can be a good healthy breakfast for kids and youngsters.It consists nuts n lovely taste of banana for a good start in morning .
It can also be served as a part of evening tea time party. Do give a try , your guests would love to have it and so would you.
I have made it easy for you all to follow by explaining the recipe in steps.

Step 1: Ingredients
1. Ripe Bananas- 3
2. Butter- 100 grams
3. Baking powder- 1 to 1/2 tsp
4. Baking soda- 1 to 1/2 tsp
5. Eggs- 2
6. Walnuts- 40-45 grams
7. Sugar- 150 grams
8. All purpose Flour- 200 grams
9. Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp
10. salt- 1/2 tsp
11. Milk or butter milk- 4 tbsp( optional)
Step 2: Method
Take a bowl and add to it the peeled bananas , smash them with a fork. Make like a batter.
Now add two eggs and mix well. Add butter and mix well , if the butter is at room temperature its easy to mix without a beater but if its stiff . Also you can melt the butter in micro wave and use it .
Now add sugar to the batter and keep it aside. Take another bowl and add to it flour and other dry ingredients( vanilla essence, baking powder , baking soda and salt). Mix all these ingredients well.
Now take the banana batter bowl and add in it the flour mixture in three parts , after every part you add, mix well. Mix every thing well , if you find the batter too thick then add to it milk . Now lastly add in the walnuts. Do not over mix the batter.
Take a deep rectangular shaped baking dish and grease it with butter and flour it . Add to it our banana bread batter and bake it at 365 degree Fahrenheit that is 185 degree Celsius for around 55 minutes .
Check the bread by poking in a toothpick or a knife . If it comes out clean then it means its baked. Let it cool down and take it out from the baking dish .
Make slices as desired and have it with a cup of tea or coffee.
