Bananas Foster Cocktail

This cocktail was inspired by the well-known dessert, Bananas Foster, and while I'm not a huge fan of bananas, this is amazing! It's creamy and sweet and a true dessert substitute.

Warning: My first attempt led to curdling, so be careful as to the order you pour the liquor/liqueur which I specify in the recipe.

Step 1: Ingredients

You will need the following ingredients:

• Crushed ice
• 1 oz Spiced rum
• ½ oz Butterscotch schnapps
• 1 oz Banana liqueur
• Heavy cream (do not use half-n-half or milk)

Step 2: The Pour

Fill a 12 oz glass with crushed ice.

Pour in the following order to reduce the risk of curdling:

1. Spiced rum (wants to curdle dairy)
2. Butterscotch schnapps (safe)
3. Banana liqueur (safe)

Top with heavy cream.

Serve with a straw.
