How to repair minor rust damage on a metal BBQ grill.
If sanding, sanding, sanding is making some think twice there is a disc I really like on the market that I use for removing rust that you can use in a power drill. I think they work so good I often refer to them as "magic wheels"

The discs I like are made by 3M and it is called a Large Area Power Sanding Paint & Rust Stripper 9099NA

Even though I have angle grinders and knotted cup brush attachments for them I still use my "magic wheels" for prepping rusty sheet metal prior to painting it. I think it is the next best thing to media blasting.
